Click and hold on the bookmark icon in the upper or lower right-hand corner of each page. A drop down menu will appear that allows you to migrate to each section, and from there to each page.

When you download BJD to your computer, you also can navigate using the "Bookmarks" tab on the left in Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ to open up an outline of sections.
